Terms of Service

1. Who this agreement is with

SponsorMe (“we,” “us,” “the platform”) is operated by Amey Babasaheb Thore, an individual based in India. By creating an account, publishing a page, or booking a zone on SponsorMe, you agree to these Terms.

2. What SponsorMe is — and isn’t

SponsorMe lets creators mark priced zones on a photo of themselves or an object they own, publish a page, and let sponsors book those zones. SponsorMe is a listing and discovery platform only. We are not a party to any agreement between a creator and a sponsor, we do not process, hold, or take any percentage of sponsorship payments, and we do not guarantee that any sponsor will pay or that any creator will deliver.

What we do charge for: a subscription fee for using the platform (listing pages, the number of active pages, and platform features), billed and processed through our payment processor, Dodo Payments.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, publish a listing, or book a zone as a sponsor. By using SponsorMe you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Creator responsibilities

• You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload, and the right to sell space on the object or surface shown.
• You are responsible for delivering what you sold — displaying the sponsor’s material for the agreed window, on the surface you listed.
• Payment for a booking happens directly between you and the sponsor, through the payment link or method you provide. SponsorMe never holds, processes, or has access to that money.
• You are responsible for any tax obligations on income you receive through bookings made via SponsorMe.
• Misrepresenting your track record, faking deliveries, or refusing to honor a paid booking may result in account suspension.

5. Sponsor responsibilities

• Payment to a creator is made directly to the creator, using the payment method the creator provides on their listing. SponsorMe is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, or non-delivery — these are between you and the creator.
• Logos, brand names, and any material you submit for display must be yours to use, or you must have permission to use them.
• Booking a zone does not create any relationship between you and SponsorMe beyond browsing and discovery.

6. The trust layer

Because SponsorMe does not hold payment in escrow, we provide a trust layer instead: delivery ratings, a report mechanism, and a visible track record for each creator. This is provided as information for sponsors to make their own judgment — it is not a guarantee, verification, or insurance of any kind.

7. Subscription billing

• Subscription plans, pricing, and page limits are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• If your subscription lapses, your existing pages and any bookings already agreed stay visible and are honoured, but you cannot create new pages and your pages stop appearing as newly bookable on the discovery board until you renew.

8. Content and conduct

You may not use SponsorMe to list or promote anything illegal, to impersonate another person or brand, or to upload sexual, violent, or hateful content.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SponsorMe is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee bookings, income, sponsor conduct, or creator delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SponsorMe and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including disputes between creators and sponsors, non-payment, or non-delivery.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SponsorMe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR CITY], Maharashtra.
